We collect the information needed to answer requests, operate the site, and provide the service.

- Operational content an authorized organization uploads to CivilTraq, including activities, metrics, assessments, photos, documents, voice notes, and audit records.

3. How we use information
We use information to answer inquiries, coordinate demos, provide and protect the service, offer support, measure site performance, prevent abuse, improve the experience, and comply with applicable law.
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use project evidence for targeted advertising.
- Access to an organization’s content follows service instructions and permissions.
4. Analytics and form protection
The site uses Google Analytics with Google Consent Mode v2 to understand aggregate usage and Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated or abusive submissions. Analytics and advertising storage remain denied until you choose to allow them. If you reject optional cookies, Google may receive limited cookieless measurements. You can change your selection in Cookie preferences. These providers process technical data under their own policies.
5. PayPal payments
All online payments are securely processed through PayPal. Payment information is provided directly to PayPal, and CivilTraq does not store your full card details. PayPal handles that information under its own terms and privacy policy.
6. Providers and disclosure
We may share information with providers that help host, protect, analyze, communicate, or deliver the service, always for a defined operational purpose. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights, or to respond to valid legal process.
7. Retention and transfers
We retain information as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, contractual obligations, security, dispute resolution, and applicable legal requirements. Because we operate in the United States, Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico, information may be processed outside the place where it was collected with reasonable safeguards.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system or transmission is completely infallible, so we recommend unique credentials, careful permission management, and reporting unusual activity to support@civiltraq.com.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain information, and object to some communications. Email inquires@civiltraq.com with enough information to verify and address the request.
10. Children, changes, and contact
